All you need to do is type up a letter explaining the problem. It could be something as simple as:

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a description of the problem in your letter. Make sure the bookbag is clean before sending it in too.

If you have your original receipt or tag, make a photocopy and attach the copy to the letter. (Note: I have sent my bookbags without either of these numerous times and they have always been repaired - which is precisely why I recommend JanSport so highly). Then pack up your clean backpack and your letter and send it to:
